These pocket size ads are being used at trade shows and elsewhere this spring to gain new subscribers to the Heart of the Lakes Property Portfolio’s digital edition. I love these “mini ads.” It’s not the first time I’ve created them, and it won’t be the last. There are so many uses! (And the hard case for tucking a dozen in your purse, bag or car is awfully handy!) The reverse side is black with various contact information on it.
Oak was well overdue for a new mailing label for large mailers, and with some fun new print pieces being sent this Spring, I was glad to design something new that complimented the contents inside! These were printed on 6-up label stock for use with laser printers.
A new print piece being shared and mailed this year is a 12-page brochure that offers a look at Oak Realty as a company, their approach to marketing and an overview of the Heart of the Lakes area. Sort of an all-in-one, multipurpose publication. Between this project and the Property Portfolio, I definitely brushed up on my writing skills in March!
